Credentials & Background

Payam Parsadmehr is a Washington and Oregon licensed attorney with nearly a decade of experience across private practice, public agency work, and in-house legal counsel. His practice is grounded in civil litigation, estate planning, and strategic legal advisory, with a consistent focus on precision, efficiency, and results.

As founder of Parsa Law PLLC, Payam advises clients on sophisticated estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and comprehensive asset protection strategies. His work is tailored, detail-driven, and designed to ensure clarity, enforceability, and long-term security for the families he represents.

His background includes representing clients in breach of contract disputes, business and transactional matters, and high-volume civil litigation. He has extensive experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions and negotiating favorable outcomes in King County District and Superior courts. 

Earlier in his career, Payam served as a legal contract attorney with Sound Transit, where he supported general counsel on complex legal analysis, appellate-level work, and agency matters.

Payam earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Outside the office, Payam is a proud father of three, a dedicated (and highly competitive) basketball coach, and an avid sports fan who enjoys skiing whenever he gets the chance. He also appreciates the challenge of a good jigsaw puzzle.
